Step into a warm and welcoming single-level villa, newly renovated with stylish coastal decor. The open-concept living space is perfect for gathering, featuring a modern, fully equipped kitchen and an inviting dining area that flows out to a covered patio with views of the Ocean Winds Golf Course.

Rest easy in two thoughtfully designed bedrooms, both equipped with blackout shades and Smart TVs for ultimate comfort. The primary suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a rainfall shower. The guest room offers a custom full-over-queen bunk bed, perfect for kids or additional guests.

To make your stay seamless, we provide:
* A fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig, quality knives, and all cooking essentials.
* High-speed Wi-Fi for streaming and staying connected.
* Family-ready gear: a high chair, pack ’n play, and a Dohm sound machine.

Guests will have private access to the entire villa, including the covered patio. Self check-in is simple with a secure electronic keypad. Free, dedicated parking is available on the premises for your convenience.

Your stay includes full Seabrook Island Club access, unlocking the island's best amenities. While the amenity card is included at no daily fee, guests are responsible for any usage fees for activities (like golf or tennis) and dining costs.

Your access includes:
* Pools & Beach: Two oceanfront pools at the Beach Club (seasonal), a year-round indoor pool at the Lake House (daily fee), outdoor pool at the Lake House (free access and seasonal) and private beach access just a short walk or bike ride away.
* Dining: Enjoy waterfront dining at Pelican’s Nest and Cap’n Sam’s, casual bites at Osprey Café, or fine dining at the Palmetto Room.
* Sports & Fitness: Two championship golf courses (Ocean Winds and Crooked Oaks), tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, and an equestrian center.
* Outdoors – Miles of trails, bike paths, playground, basketball court and soccer field at Lake House and direct access to pristine beaches
* Kids love the summer Beach Club activities!
* Easy self check-in to Fore Shore with electronic keypad and code.

Please note: while the amenity card is included with your stay, usage fees for activities and actual dining costs (golf, tennis, dining, etc.) are paid by guests directly to the Club.

Other details to note:

* Fees & Deposits: A refundable security deposit of $500 (via hold) and a signed rental agreement are required before check-in.
* Gate Pass: A non-refundable gate pass fee of $80 per vehicle is required for your stay (maximum of 2 vehicles).
* Pet-friendly (dogs only; $250 non-refundable pet fee).
* Security: For your security, a Ring doorbell camera is located at the front entry and records the porch 24/7. Tampering with security cameras or the Wi-Fi router is strictly prohibited.
* Check-in/Out: Early check-in or late checkout may be available for an additional fee. Please inquire for details and availability.
* Seasonal Amenities: The outdoor oceanfront pools are open seasonally from mid-March through October. The indoor pool and other club amenities are available year-round.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
